To use the Service, you must create an account through our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store through the Service, including notes, images, and personal reflections ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

Scripture references and Bible text displayed within the Service are sourced from third-party providers. Scripture Snaps does not claim ownership of any Bible translations. All scripture content is provided for personal study and reference purposes only.

7. AI-Powered Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract text and key points from uploaded images. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-extracted content. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-processed results.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event shall Scripture Snaps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination
